Daily Verdict ("the App") is developed by Mete Erdalkoroglu ("we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

On-device: Your dilemma history, Moral DNA, and preferences are stored locally using Apple's SwiftData framework.
CloudKit: Anonymized dilemma responses (choice, age group, gender) are synced to Apple CloudKit to calculate community voting statistics. This data is tied to your iCloud account and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Firebase Analytics: We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used (for example: dilemmas answered, screens viewed, purchase steps). Events are linked to a random app-instance identifier, not to your name or Apple ID. We do not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA) or the identifier for vendor (IDFV), we do not send your age group or gender to analytics, and ad-personalization signals are turned off. RevenueCat: Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat. They process purchase-related data from Apple. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
The AI Mentor feature sends your dilemma context to an AI service to generate personalized moral guidance. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests. AI-generated responses are not stored on our servers.
Your local data remains on your device until you delete it via Settings > Delete All Data, or uninstall the App. CloudKit records are retained to maintain accurate community statistics and are not linked to your identity.
Daily Verdict is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data through the App, contact us and we will delete it.
